G6 Course
The G6 math course at Yuzer Education aims to help students comprehensively master core concepts in algebra, geometry, functions, and logical reasoning, laying a solid foundation for school exams, high school math courses, and math competitions such as the AMC 10. We combine systematic teaching with tiered exercises, ensuring students gain a solid understanding of fundamental concepts while gradually tackling more challenging problems. This approach fosters independent learning and develops logical thinking skills.
The course content is divided into several modules. In the algebra module, students will delve into polynomial operations, solve linear equations and systems of equations, and master techniques such as factorization and rational expressions to prepare for advanced mathematics. The geometry module covers properties of triangles, proportional relationships in similar figures, symmetry, transformations, and calculations of circle areas and arc lengths. The functions module focuses on understanding and applying linear and quadratic functions. Through the integration of graphs and formulas, students will learn to solve real-world problems involving speed, time, and distance.
In the numbers and operations module, students will study factors, multiples, ratios, and operations with real numbers, further reinforcing their number theory foundation. The logic and reasoning section includes mathematical reasoning and word problems to enhance students' ability to argue logically and solve complex problems.
To help students achieve outstanding results in math competitions, we have also integrated AMC 10 training content. Students will learn comprehensive problem-solving techniques that combine algebra and geometry, explore the fundamentals of number theory and combinatorics, and participate in regular mock competitions to familiarize themselves with classic AMC 10 problems and strategies. This competitive element not only cultivates creative thinking but also enhances students' ability to apply knowledge flexibly in different scenarios.
